This is a door-to-door position.



You will be generating new leads in pre-screened residential neighborhoods, trade shows, and community events. Performance after 90 days will be reviewed for a mid-senior level sales position.



$75,000 - $95,000 at plan earnings first year. Six figures after year one!

Responsibilities:
--- Drive in pre-screened residential neighborhoods and attend home shows and events to generate potential prospects
--- Door-to-door knocking & canvassing
--- Visit homeowners and offer free estimates
--- Be the face of the company and present yourself in a professional manner

Qualifications:
--- Looking for individuals who are team players with a strong focus on sports
--- Driven individuals who are motivated by financial goals
--- Interested in both personal and professional development opportunities
--- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
--- Ability to lift 25lbs and stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours
--- Must have aspirations for success in the role and beyond
