- Estimated annual base pay: $160,000 (minimum) - $200,000
(midpoint) - $240,000 (maximum)

you're an Ethics Program Professional, we have an exciting
opportunity for you. Woodward, Inc. is seeking an experienced
Ethics Program Director to lead the development, management, and
administration of the corporate-wide ethics program. This role will
work closely with senior leaders, compliance teams, and employees
across the organization to ensure alignment with ethical standards,
promote a culture of integrity, and support initiatives that
reflect our core values of accountability, respect, and
professionalism. The Ethics Program Director will play a critical
role in establishing policies, conducting training, and driving
awareness of ethical practices throughout the organization.What You
Will Be Doing
- Program Development and Administration:Design, implement, and
maintain a comprehensive ethics program, including policies,
processes, and reporting mechanisms that promote ethical behavior
and compliance.
- Training and Education:Develop and deliver training programs to
educate employees on the organization's Code of Conduct, ethical
standards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Compliance Monitoring:Oversee ethics-related compliance
efforts, including monitoring adherence to the Code of Conduct and
relevant regulations.
- Investigation Management:Manage investigations into reported
ethical concerns or violations, ensuring confidentiality,
thoroughness, and timely resolution.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation:Identify potential ethical risks
and develop proactive strategies to mitigate issues before they
arise.
- Policy & Process Development:Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to create and update policies that align with evolving
regulatory and ethical standards. Implement implementation
processes for compliance requirements, including third party due
diligence, conflicts of interest reporting and analysis, and other
associated processes.
- Reporting and Analytics:Prepare regular reports on the
effectiveness of the ethics program, including metrics on training,
investigations, and compliance activities.
- Leadership and Advocacy:Serve as a trusted advisor to senior
leaders and employees, advocating for ethical practices and
fostering a culture of integrity across all levels of the
organization.What We Are Looking For
- Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Business, Ethics,
Legal, Compliance, or a related field; Juris Doctorate strongly
preferred.
- Professional Experience:10+ years of experience managing
corporate ethics programs or similar roles, preferably in a
corporate or manufacturing environment.
- Regulatory Knowledge:Strong understanding of ethics principles,
regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
- Investigation Skills:Experience conducting or managing
investigations into ethics-related concerns or violations.
- Communication Expertise:Exceptional verbal and written
communication skills with the ability to address sensitive topics
effectively and professionally.
- Analytical Skills:Strong analytical ability to assess ethical
risks, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Certifications:Certification in ethics or compliance programs
(e.g., CCEP, LPEC) is a plus.Application window is anticipated to
